Guided by our commitment to ‘Building a Sustainable Generation,’ we operate throughout North-Eastern British Columbia, Canada, delivering essential services in the energy, industrial, and mining sectors. Simone Chipesia

President

Ms. Chipesia serves as the President of Asiskiy, where she leads the company’s strategic vision and overall growth. With a deep passion for construction, Simone has been at the helm driving innovation through boundless imagination, passion to do what’s right even when it’s hard, and facilitating a new standard of collaboration between corporate culture and Indigenous culture.

Leadership & Vision

Simone is committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Under her leadership, Asiskiy will focus on reducing carbon emissions through

unique practices, waste reduction by thorough management programs, and by implementing Indigenous cultural practices. Her approach to leadership is characterized by streamlining operations by enhancing operation efficiency through cowgirl work ethics including but not limited to hard work, courage, pride, fairness, loyalty, honesty, respect, self-reliance, and humbleness.

Personal Values & Philosophy

Simone believes in truth telling, reflection, and gratitude. These staples of First Nations core teachings guide them through many phases and fluctuations of life and business. Outside of work, Simone is passionate about horsemanship, art in all mediums, and being well read. She is dedicated to supporting and creating safe spaces for women, children, and vulnerable peoples such as elders and people living with disabilities.

As President, Ms. Chipesia continues to design the future of Asiskiy by embracing restorative justice within community, corporate and environmental spaces. With a forward-thinking mindset, she is focused on ensuring that Asiskiy remains a powerful leader in the energy industry.
